I Live in Florida.
I recently purchased a motor scooter on ebay. The seller has over 700 posotive feedbacks and a couple bad(around 3 or 4).

Some of the posotive feedbacks where people happy with the scooters they got from him just like me and others just happy with what he sold them.

He told me that the title for the scooters and all the papers I need to register it where taped to the inside of the scooter seat when he shipped it.

When I got the scooter there where no papers taped to the inside of the seat. So I emailed him and told him the papers where not there and asked him to fax me another copy. He said he couldn't fax them because I need the original papers and he would get another copy of the papers and send them to me via next day air.

So I email him agian about 4 days later asking about the papers, He replied saying he sent them to me in the mail.

1 week goes buy and still no papers so I email him and don't get any response. It has been about 2 weeks now and I still have not recieved the papers or a responce from him.

The bike is brand new, never been used. The manufacturers date engraved in the frame says it was just made about 2 months ago.

What should I do? The bike is just sitting here and I cant use it because I need the title and everything to get it registered.

He is a licensed dealer. Email him once more and tell him you are going to contact his state's DMV and/or the manufacturer. If he doesn't respond, do it.
