Hi, I'm going to finance a medical device for a company, a hyperbarics oxigene chamber. I wil buy and rent out the device basically while the company takes the costs of liability insurances, operations etc.

I need help with writing a contract, thinking about everything and holding me legally safe. I need it fast, but I don't know who to turn to, or where to find a similar contract.
