What is the name of your state? Ohio but my dad lives in Pennsylvania

My question is - my father owns the home I have lived in over 10 years. He has been living with my sister in PA - He is now decompensating and we are afraid may need to be put in a nursing home short term or long term - (not sure at this point) - we do not want me to lose the family home and he also has property in Pennsylvania - Is there a way to transfer it without problems? Do we need atty's in both states?

Please try to answer as quickly as possible.

Would this be to make dad eligible for Medicaid?

Yes - maybe eventually - however, at this point, we have put him someplace for therapy and hopefully that will help - but we're thinking about the future and how to protect his life savings.
