my husband's son is in South Carolina and in order to get visitation there, we were told we have to fill our a Jurisdiction act,, and we have to obtain a lawyer to do so..we can not afford a lawyer..so how do we get to vist with our son?? Any advise out there?
we live in NJ..we just want to see his son!!
