Well if you have been following my story. My ex is taking me to court for sole custody. well he had picked a counselor for my son to see . the counselor was his expert witness she had testified over the phone at the first hearing and she was going to call in on the next hearing but the counselor had passed away . how would i get a copy of the records. does anyone know.
