What is the name of your state? Wisconsin. A friend of mine got released from prison over 5 months ago for a 3rd Degree Sexual Assualt charge. He served 2 1/2 years in confinement and got 6 1/2 years extended supervision. He was placed back in the community on electronic monitoring and has been doing an excellent job on his supervision. He has done everything asked of him down to the letter and then some. His ? is: Is there a maximum amount of time the D.O.C. can keep him on the bracelet? I would think with the great job he has been doing they would cut him some slack! Don't get me wrong, there are some sex offenders out there who deserve the sentence they got but my friend is not one of them! This is a case of the STATE allowing an underage girl to escape from their juvinelle facility and she went around lying about her age, representing herself as an adult and got not only my friend in trouble but several other guys as well. Please help or direct me to a site where I can find the info I need. THANX
