ny -other than and before contacting a lawyer, is there a way for me to look up information concerning or relating to intentional and negligent interference with a contractual relationship and/or intentional infliction of emotional distress???
My response:
Sure. Go to a law library.
These are not "easy" subjects. You'll need to know and understand the basic and fine concepts concerning contracts and damages. Then, you'll need to understand the concept of "proof of damages" - - in such a manner that it all meets your States' laws, both statutory and case law. Then, you'll need to understand "procedure", the "Rules of Court", and the "Evidence Code".
And everyone thinks law is a "snap". It's not.
Unless you're "legal minded", I wouldn't suggest tackling these concepts on your own. If you really mean business, you should start interviewing at least 3 attorneys who are willing to represent you on these causes of action.
Good luck to you.
