I have recently filed a small claims to try to get my money back from a store who won't give me back my money for a sewing machine I prepaid for but did not receive - please advice if I should even mention to the judge that I found out that they are over charging me for $100 for this particular machine? I did mention this to the store owner after I told them I want my money back - I only found this out when I got curious as to why it is taking these people so long to give me my machine - I found this out from the internet. Also the internet listed their branch as one of the distributor and I called and the man in charge told me he would sell the same machine to me at the lower price now so I am truly convinced that they are ripping me off! - Also these people have verbally abused me with cussed words and threatened me with their dog and called cops on me not once but twice and told the cops that I was harrassing them - when they are the one who told me to come to the store to talk to "suppossedly owner" to make a deal. But since I wouldn't take the machine which by the way looked used to me because the box was opened and taped over. If they bring this machine to court or suddenly appear with a new one to prove to judge that there is a new machine (by the way machine miracously appeared after I said I want my money back) do i have every right to tell the judge i do not want the machine or do i have no choice but to take the machine? These people are rip-offs and unscrupulous and immoral people with big fat foul mouths that need soap washing!
