need opinions please read

I filed bankruptcy 6 years ago included in the bankruptcy was a bill from a credit union and an attorney, which initial bill was turned over to. recently my name was posted in the local paper as county most wanted for a body attachment warrant, which the attorney I filed on 6 yrs. ago was somehow able to get a judge to sign, my bankruptcy was discharged 6 yrs ago...this body attachment warrant was also posted on the internet.any opinion on if this would be considered defamation?????????????// also the attorney has not returned any of my calls and the credit union was extrememly rude and wouldn't even discuss it

Simple answer is if the Body Attachment exists, then NO.

I guess my question is the way the attorney went about getting the attachment.I filed bankruptcy on him and the credit union,6 years ago, so he must have done something (unknown What) Illegal to get the attachment....once bankruptcy is final they can not go after you**************.....as far as damages I am presently a gang/narcotic officer assigned to a federal task force.....my phone has been ringing off the hook with people I know letting me know they seen this in the paper or net**************.....if not defamation.maybe unfair collection practices???????
