I am working on a contract for services. The client would like an 90 day "out clause" so that the contract can be vacated by either party for non perfomance. Just need some boilerplate language. Any help is much appreciated.

This contract shall be cancelled by either party, for any reason, upon 90 days written notification from one party to the other.
