The state can require you take a paternity test.

Yes, she can file a petition to try to establish paternity and the COURT can force you to do a DNA test.

ummm...is a ferternity test what they do in college when you want to joint a fraternity-

on a more serious note- if she tells the state you are dad- you will be taking a test or you will be determined to be dad by default
