I'm looking for some reassurance that I won't lose custody of my children.
My ex-wife got out of jail in November, 2003. She has since remarried. She is not employed. She was jailed two time for white collar crimes - embezzlement, forgery, fraud, etc.
The judge granted me full custody last year. My ex is trying to get joint custody because 'she is no longer incarcerated and living at her home'.
The situation has been sent to family court services for evaluation.
Is there a realistic possibility that out of all of this she could get joint custody?
