Need to get a hearing set up at the DMV

I live in the lovely state of UTAH. I was arressted for a DUI Charge and was in jail when my Division of Motor Vechiles hearing was held. It has been almost a year since my arrest date and need to set up a hearing to see if I could get my
license back. I really don't know what to expect, is there a chance I could get it back? I have been on probation for almost a year now and have never had a dirty UA or and other problems what so ever. I really need to get my license back to help provide better for my family what do you think my chances are?
