What is the name of your state? louisiana
hello everyone i really hope someone can help with advice.
my husband is locked up... he was given 15 years for armed robbery...he been in there for a few years already. i think he got double jeopardy because the dude that was with him got only a few years.
we need to get him a post conviction relief lawyer to get his sentence reduce.
if anyone know how we can get his sentence reduced for an affordable price...if you know any lawyers or programs please post because i really need all the advice.

If your husband has been in the clink for a few years, then his time for post conviction relief has long since passed.
