First, we do not help students with their homework.

Second, even if we did help students with their homework, I do not believe we have any Illinois attorneys posting to this forum.

Third, even if we did have an Illinois attorney posting to this forum who would help a student with homework, the attorney would be posting on this forum as, for example, a "garrula lingua" or a "divgradcurl" or a "You Are Guilty."

I doubt very much that your business law professor would find an interview with an anonymous poster on an internet forum acceptable.

You will want to contact an attorney in Illinois and, because of the questions asked, you will want to find a female attorney. You can find an attorney through the Illinois Bar Association, through the Yellow Pages, by doing an online search for "Illinois attorneys," at a law school in your area, in any court in your area, and probably at any restaurant or coffee bar in your area. Attorneys are really not all that hard to find. They are everywhere.

Good luck.
