i live in wheatley, ontario, canada. i need to know if i have any legal rights to be able to see my niece? any advice would be great - please help, missing her so very much.
Canadian law is actually very interesting in that it has few of it's own.I AM ALWAYS LIABLE said:But, the law may be wholly different in Canada.
My response:biomom said:"you agree that you will NOT post any abusive, hateful messages"
I disagree.biomom said:Just because not everyone is as all mighty as you are doesn't give you the right to put others down!
My response:biomom said:I have a sense of humor thank you, I find nothing funny about putting people down. But if you feel the need to do that to make yourself feel important by all means go right ahead. I have a sense of being and am very comfortable with myself that I don't need to cut people down so I can feel higher up. If that's what you need to get you through.....
You know, I was thinking the same.. I noticed the guardianship thread has been deleted and she posted to this thread at roughly the same time.. Whatever her reason, since she is unable to backup her statements, then we see her for what she is..Grandma B said:You are obviously a disgrunted member who received some responses you didn't like under another name, then decided to come back and attack as "Biomom".
