Hello. I am from ohio and now a single father. The mother doesnt want anything to do with Our son. She told me tonight she wants to sign over her rights. so..... as much as it hurts i need to know how to do that? does it invole court or just a public notiry?

Youhave to go to a lawyer and do it there but you can still get support from her even though she does that/
