If you were brought into the US illegally, then there are NO options for you, really, under the current immigration laws. Unlawful entry closes all doors to you as far as immigration to the US is concerned, unless and until you depart the US and apply for a visa on the basis of either an offer of employment (if you are eligible for employment and a valid job offer is extended to you), student visa (if you are accepted into a college or university) or on the basis of a family relationship like marriage to a US citizen. However, in all of these cases, you would be subject to a 10-year bar to reentry to the US because of the unlawful entry and the time of overstay. Unless you can obtain a waiver of that bar to reentry, you cannot reenter the US.
