What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ I have a home with my ex-husband who has not had a job in 4 months and is now behind 3 months in our mortgage. I understand that it is still my responsibility but do I have the right 2 get my ex and his girlfriend out to try and get the house rented so he doesn't keep tanking my credit? Do I have a right to at least get his girlfriend out?

**A: you should be paying for the mortgage if he isn't. Hire an attorney like yesterday and sue for partition.
