Missouri. The property floods. The house has flooded once. There is a filled in sinkhole either in the yard or under the garage. Can I sell this property and what exactly am I obligated to disclose?

**A: yes you can sell but must disclose all facts surrounding the floods, sinkhole etc. Contact a Realtor for more info.
