Hi:
The family built three home-made sheds for the past years and also 7-ft. fence installed in our backyard.
The neighbor went to the City Office compalining about those two along with other tidbits things, such as 'too close' to his fence for building backyard-access- gate and others. Now, we worked very hard to clear all violations. For all of those, we went to Hearing/Appeal Board. Now, because of this, there is NO shed to store our garden equipment and the like.
The other day, we received a letter from the City Office for an appoval of two new sheds in our backyard, as stating we did clear all violations. In the letter, however, .... '30 days' file to the Circuit Court if any of our neighbors do not agree with their decision, 'approval.'
My question is;
Do I need to wait another 30 days before ordering the sheds from local big-stores, such as Home Depot and Lowe's?
Or, simply we can order the sheds right away, since the City Office already sent us a letter of 'Approval?'
Truthfully, ... '30 days file complain to the Circit Court, if anyone does not agree with an approval made by the City Office is quite confusing, ... say the least.
Thanks for your help in advance.
