I purchased an item on Ebay 5/8. Seller sent me shipping notification (she basically created a label via Paypal). Item not received as of 5/27. Tracked the shipping info and it states that only label was created and no further info on receipt of package. It was supposed to be mailed out USPS Priority Mail on 5/9. Priority takes 2-3 days, I gave her 10 days before inquiring about it. Some emails were not responded to. On 5/27, I questioned her about her negative feedback about not mailing items, she got really upset (she had about 3-4). I asked for refund which she refused to do so so I filed a complaint via Paypal and Ebay. She then left a negative feedback stating that I was accusatory. I filed complain with SquareTrade to get my negative feedback taken out.
I am out of the money, the item and now stucked with negative feedback. According to Ebay policy, they cannot remove negative feedback even if it's out of retaliation. I had 100% positive feedback before this. I am upset because I take my feedback very seriously. What are my other recourse? I know it seems like a silly matter but I think it's unjust.
