When your girlfriend is 18- she can move out. Until then... mom's rules.

Yeah but no one sees fit for her or her younger brother and sister to be there , the school consulor already signed papers for her to get out but we have to wait to go to court and i wanted to get her out of there now .

How is Mom neglecting the child? Lots of older siblings care for the younger ones. That's not neglect. Not allowing her to date you is not neglect. As long as the basic necessities are provided... it's not neglect.

As others have said, Mom is not being neglectful in any way and you are not legally part of the household, so you get no say.

What can you do? Easy. Wait until your girlfriend is 18. Then she's free to move out (of course, if she continues to live with her mother, her mother can still set house rules).
