Hi, we live in a town house associate in New Hampshire and our neighbor blocks our driveway (full and partial blockage). We have complained numerous times to the property manager and the association's board of directors. Our neighbors have been told verbal several times to stop, they have received a letter telling them to stop the blockage. These didn't work. Finally, nine months ago, the board put up a "do not block the driveway" sign. And the blocking stopped!

Recently, the board voted to have the sign removed. When we confronted the board why they decided to remove the sign, they responded because there hasn't been any complaints. We asked if they had any kind of corrective action in place when our neighbor begins blocking again. They said they do not.

What are our rights as a home owner? It is obvious the board is not supporting us. The town's police department doesn't want to get involved, they told us its the associations problem. What is our next step? What should we do?

Tired of being pushed around and tired of parking on the side of the road........

Thanks

The attorney has been hired, a letter has been written, the association's board has ignored it. Now what?
