What is the name of your state? Massachusetts

Our neighbor blows his snow directly into our yard and on our house. Is there a law against this? We have asked him to stop but he just ignores us.
Any advise for our situation would be greatly appreciated.

**A: take photos and video, call the police. Take some of the evidence and put it in your freezer for later use.

Is there a city ordinance or state statute prohibiting this kind of conduct?

Has this behavior damaged property or persons?

Don't. It's a waste of time and completely pointless.

But otherwise, taking photos etc. is an excellent idea.

If you shovel the snow back onto his property, then
that may stop him from doing this.

Do make sure you call your city/county offices to learn if there is a local ordinance that says that one cannot move snow from there own property to anothers . the last city I lived in was that way , snow and even drainage could not be deliberately directed to a nieghbors property .
