You may remember sometime back I posted about my neighbor's and the alnight under-aged drinking parties going on with their mom's approval. Well, I'm happy to say, that we have been busy moving the past week! That's right ! The hell we've went through the past 18 years well soon be a thing of the past !
I bet you are wondering why I'm posting? Our mailing address had not been changed yet. I was waiting on important mail, and didn't want it delayed by changing my address. The other day I had my son go out to our old house and get our mail since we live 45 minutes away. Our mailbox had been knocked over! The neighbor boy came over, and told my son, that the mail carrier had put our mail in their box. My son went, and asked his mother for our mail, and she told him that it was junk mail, and through it away!
I was so upset by this, so the next morning I called the delivery supervisor at the post office, and told him what had happened. The supervisor said that, the carrier probably placed our mail in the neighbor's box because ours was knocked down. I asked him why didn't she just take the mail back to the post office rather then put it in the neighbor's box? The supervisor then had me talk to the route carrier, who said they had a feel in carrier, as though that excused everything! My mail is very personal and private to me, and I'm not sure just what she read in my mail. I feel this was just one last ditch effort of the neighbor to violate my rights, since the law wouldn't do anything about her underage parties.I feel she needs to be held accountable for what she did, so who else should I talk to?? Thank youWhat is the name of your state? Mo

At some point it is prudent to get on with ones life. Though I guess i understand your outrage let the past be the past.

This has absolutely nothing to do with a real estate issue!
I asked, " Who else should I talk to"? Not rather or not I should just forget it, and go on with my life! I'm way past the point of putting the past behind me when someone breaks the law in order to try and hurt myself, and my family even more! If you know anything about the law, you would know that tampering and disposing other people's mail is illegal!
I posted the same question on a different law forum, and was advised to speak with the postmaster, which I had never thought of !
As far as my question not being real state/ neighbor related, I've posted questions on the real state/ neighbor forum before that involved issues with my neighbor's that had nothing to do with real state, and received helpful answers as have other posters on this forum needing advise! So, if you don't like the question asked, then don't bother answering!

Hi, yes I called the postmaster. He wrote down the name of my neighbor, and assured me that he would check into this further. He said if I didn't hear anything from him by Friday to call him back. I was expecting my dogs AKC papers. AKC said they had mailed them out a week ago. I sent in a money order to AKC for $18.00 in order to receive my papers. I'm hoping that my papers weren't what she through away.
