My next door neighboor drilled and nailed landscaping lights into my 4x4 wooden posts which maintain the fence that I paid for. Her husband is saying that it is a shared fence, but I paid 700 dollars to put fencing up on both sides of my back yard. Her husband did not ask my permission and as soon as I found out about it, I asked that they be taken down. Have they trespassed on my real property??? What can I do about this?

You need to get a survey to locate the property line. If the fence is totally on your side of the line, you can make him take the lights down and repair the fence damage. If it's on the property line, the side facing his lot is his, regardless of who paid for it.
