That's right and everyone is prison is innocent. lol
I understand that you believe that your position is the only one that is possibly correct, but being able to understand what the other party's position is (and why) is very important. This is true no matter who is ultimately determined to be right.

That is not my question. I want to know if Idaho Title 18, Chapter 64, Section 18-6409 excludes a shooter if that shooter is on his/her own property. Yes or no?

My question is, does Idaho Title 52. Nuisances § 52-111 include a nuisance created by gun fire? Or, is gun fire protected by the Second Amendment or other code or statute?

These are new questions. They are not what you asked in your original post. I see no such exclusion in your quote of 18-6409, and 52-111 neither includes nor excludes any particular conduct. If you want a reliable opinion about the potential for success of a nuisance suit, consult with a local attorney. People on the internet - many of whom are not attorneys and none of whom (AFAIK) are in your state - are not reliable.
