What is the name of your state? California

Our across the street neighbors (man, woman, and small child) seemed nice enough when they moved in. They are, for the most part, still okay. In August of this year, we had the police running around because 2 people at their house got into a knife fight. It was late in the evening and there were police cars with lights flashing and officers running around with guns drawn for hours. Things finally settled down after 1 a.m. We were willing to forget the whole thing until this morning. Around 1:30 a.m. we had a man next door running around yelling loud enough to wake everyone up that someone's arm was broke and he couldn't fight because he was diabetic and somebody needed to call the police. After all this finally settled down, the woman, who was trying to get in the house and had been pounding on the door for over an hour because her husband wouldn't let her in broke a window on their house. He came out and started in on her about what she was doing and they spent several hours screaming at each other. Everyone was kept awake until close to 4 a.m. I can't take this anymore and don't think I should have to. Do I have any options?
