My neighbor has filed a logging plan with the Department of Forestry and plans on using the road across my property for the logging trucks. He has an easement for Ingress/Egress and Utilities. Does anyone other than those named in the easement have a right to cross my property? I don't have a problem with the logging but I was told when we purchased the property that we could ask for improvements to the road, cash or whatever, as part of our agreeing to let the logging company pass. I'm asking him quit claim the road and change it from a 50' right of way to a 30' right of way. It does not change the current gravel road in any way. I want the change because of house setbacks and height restrictions for new housing.

On a personal note I've been following this site for over a year and am fasinated by the topics and thankful for your diligence and expertise. Thanks, K2
