A neighbor had his sprinkler system set so high it spays water 15 feet into the public street and waters any car that parks there damaging the interiors of many. What recourse does one have? What is the name of your state? California

Well you could try the course of action my neighbor took -- snatch the offending sprinkler head out of the ground, along with as much water supply line damage as you can manage. But, of course, you might just run into the same problem as my neighbor.

So exactly how big is the guy who owns the sprinkler? ;)
