What is the name of your state? Illinois

My son fell at my neighbor's house, breaking off his two front teeth a second time. He was taken to the emergency room. My neighbors are refusing to submit this to their homeowner's insurance as they want to put their house on the market. What can we do?

**A: contact your own insurance and file a claim.

Why are these things always someone elses fault? When I was a kid and hurt myself, my parents accepted the responsibilty for my stupidity.

you may be able to file a claim against your neighbor if you know their insurer...also you could sue the neighbot, and their insurance will certainly start a claim and defend them
