What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? FL

This is my dilema. I am currently renting a property. My neighbors who own their home had some renovations done to the lawn that is between my property and theirs to the extent that the entire lawn between our property on theirs on one side was completely torn up(I took pics for the Property manager). Now that the renovations are complete, my neighbors have been removing anything that we had placed on that side of the property. Our garbage cans, lawn decoratives anything. Once I went outside to place my garbage cans by the road near my driveway(where I always have sinced before they moved in) and I came back out a few minutes later to put something else into the trash, only to discover that my cans had been moved into the street. I knew it was my neighbor who had done it, because he was out there when I originally put my cans out and I directly asked him if he had done it and he replied, "yeah, because Im watering the lawn.". I didnt go any further into it because I do not know the property boundaries. I contacted the property manager to request a copy of the land parcel map or to find out the property lines and she never responded. This(the moving of my cans) has gone on for a while. Now, my garbage cans, and some of the owner's lawn decoratives have vanished. I went over to ask my neighbor about them, but they did not come to the door. I have alerted the property manager again(for the third time) as to what has happened and she never responds. My questions are, does the property manager have in responsibility to help me resolve this issue and if not what can I do to stop my neighbors from stealing anything in the future or worse vandalising this property? Also if this continues, can I break my lease in order to move since the property manager obviously doesnt care about the situation. I want to resolve this matter in the least most conflicting manner.

No breaking the lease.

everybody always wants to break their lease.
