Nepotisim out of control....

I am wondering who, how and what I can do to report an agency that is run on nepotism? The CEO's sister is a clinical supervisor (tho a great person) for one borough of social workers, the COO's romantic partner is the clinical supervisor for another borough and her "friend" from another agency is the director for a borough altogether and he is a bad director at that.

There are no laws against employers hiring their relatives or friends, or having romantic relationships with said relatives or friends.

do you know if there are ethical boards to report to or if there could be any kind of a benefit by calling the funding agency to this agency?

And report what? That you're not happy that some members of the management team have a personal relationship with the CEO? Unless there's some actual malfeasance taking place, then I strongly suggest you butt out of the situation.

I love free advice. Who doesn't like free advice they seek? but I just can't understand why the people who grace us mere plebeians with their much coveted knowledge here on this FREE ADVICE forum, have to respond with such a tone of cynicism and condescension?
with that said, I understand there is no law t protect employees from this disgusting display of sheer disregard, but I thought since there IS an ethical board for questionable conduct by Social Workers in general, I thought perhaps there was something else out there for when an agency takes advantage of their social workers, in order to protect them. But I guess that's asking too much to protect peoples rights form being taken advantage of by Directors who make a **** loads of money in Non Profits and then make sure THEIR loved ones get the BEST jobs that pay lots of money while the hard working little shmucks make **** money and are treated like dirt, eat dirt and endure so they can pay the ****ing rent!
