What is the name of your state? IL

My cousin has her 341 meeting on friday and is feeling very nervous, any advice I could giver her? she feels as if anyone that shows up will harasse her... :rolleyes:

I guess it depends on your case but mine was a breeze. It lasted all of 5 minutes with no problems whatsoever. She didn't even ask us for checking account statements or a copy of any tax returns - she only asked us how much this year's was. I was SO nervous going into it, and in the weeks until it arrived, for really no reason. As long as your paperwork is in order and everything looks like you truly need the BK to work out, I think she will be just fine. I'm also in IL, southern district.
