Could you please explain the term "Less Collateral Source Reduction" as it applies to a car accident settlement. Mine was $4,000------.

There is also a statement "if any of the medical bills have been paid by no-fault (they were not!), the Plaintiff (me) will receive the balance according to statute". How long before the statute expires? Can I expect the $4,000???

Why did you settle for so little?

I didn't settle for $4,000---------------that was the amount of $$ deducted and withheld by the insurance company.
