Home Guru- or anyone else......
You had made some responses to my earlier questions regarding doing a Transaction Coordination business, and brought up many good points. I have found a company called remerge.com which is doing exactly what I have in mind. They are contracting with multiple brokers as a Co-op Agent or having the broker be their Agent Client. I am not fimilar with either one of these types of agreements are you? They have found some way to make this business model work here in CA. Thanks. Jbankson
