Hi, I bought a car 1 week ago and was told everything was okay and that if they could get me a better deal they would call me in the next 2 days. I have been trying to get ahold of the finance guy in order to set up appt. for alarm installation which he threw in with the deal for free(supposedly). He has not answered my calls. I received a letter from him today stating that he can't get anyone to finance my loan and if I don't come to a different agreement I need to return vehicle a.s.a.p! I just had windows tinted and paid for insurance(non-refundable).
Is this possible after a week?
Is there a time limit for them to cancel my contract?
Can I get my money back for tint and insurance?
What can I do?
Any help will be appreciated!!
