What is the name of your state? Florida

We recently bought a truck. Five days after we bought the truck, the dealer called and said they undercharged us. They said there were additional items on this truck compared to what they priced us and they forgot to charge us for them. At first we were going to pay them after they agreed to some free maintenance, but when we went in to pay them, they renegged on the maintenance they promised so we did not pay them and left the dealership under threat of having our car repossesed and charging us for the miles we've driven. We have a signed contract and they have received our deposit, money down and a signed bank draft for the amount of the vehicle. We have had the vehicle for 2 weeks. They say we have a verbal contract, but they didn't hold up to their end. Are we liable to pay them the additional funds? Are they able to reposess the car? They are calling us daily harrassing us. Any help out there would be greatly appreciated. thanks

If they thought they had a good case, they'd file a lawsuit against you instead of calling.

Tell them to leave you alone or you'll file a complaint with the police.
