SC: I PURCHUSED A NEW CAR 3 WEEKS AGO AND THE CAR DEALER CALLS ME AND SAY THAT MY INCOME ISNT ENOUGH TO GET A LOAN ON THIS CAR.... SO HE TELLS ME I NEED TO PAY $2700.00 MORE DOLLARS DOWN ON THIS CAR NOW TO KEEP IT. I EXPLAINED TO HIM I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH MY PAYMENT AMOUNT ALREADY ON IT AND THAT I WASNT GOING TO PAY ANYTHING MORE THAN WHAT I HAD AGREED TO PAY ....SO NOW HE WANT ME COME IN AND SIGN ANOTHER CONTRACT I FEEL LIKE MAYBE HE IS TRYING TO TRICK ME INTO SIGNING ANOTHER CONTRACT SO HE CAN TELL ME THAT MY CREDIT DIDNT GET APPROVED ....IF THIS IS THE CASE WILL MY FIRST CONTRACT STAND IN COURT???? PLEASE HELP ME I AM SO CONFUSED WITH THIS...B\C I THOUGHT ONCE YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACTS THE CAR WAS YOUR .... I HAVE ALREADY SOLD MY OLD CAR SO I WILL HAVE LOST ALOT ON THIS ....I GAVE IT TO SOMEONE TO TAKE UP THE PAYMENTS....SO WHAT SHOULD I DO ABOUT THIS NOW?????
