New York State, I have started a new company. I did this because the only (2) owner of one company was my wife and myself. The company is incorperated. This company is have management problems due to my wife "Secterary"continulay leveraging me "President" in doing what she wants and not what is best as I see it to be. She will only sign documents if I smile and treat her the way she want, etc.

I started a new company which I am the only officer and primarly doing the same work and contracts. Were can I go to access questions I have in accounts payable,recieveable, etc. in respect to the old company and the new company?

It's sounds like you need to talk with a lawyer. Owning two companies and intermingling funds, customers, etc., is a surefire way to get in trouble down the road.
