I want to incorporate a new business in Delaware. Does that prevent someone from incorporating under the identical name in another state? If not, how do I protect the name without registering in all 50 states?

Federal registration

Using the name in Delaware does not prevent someone from using the name in another state; however, registering the name federally does prevent such usage.
