I've been receiving faxes from people stating a new regulation effective july 1, 2005 that we must give written authorization to "do business" with customers via fax. I checked out the FCC website and all i can find is regarding "unsolici
ted advertising" via fax. I assume if it was "approval for doing business" we would have heard something? can anyone clarify this?
