What is the name of your state? (Singapore)

Anyone can advise on the legal implications of such a new business model?
I'm setting up a pte ltd company.

Investor will sign contract with my company to part-take in "Project Fund A". For example, 5 investor x S$5,000.00 = S$25,000.00.

The company will invest in stocks & shares in Singapore stock exchange via the company's account, using this "Project Fund A- S$25,000.00".

Similar funds "B" & "C" will be set up & invested seperately. Profits & losses will be isolated to each individual funds.

Only a 20% administrative fees will be charged to "Profits" only.

Note: The company will be only be trading via a "securities firm". It is NOT registered as a "Trading company" or "securities firm".

Any legal implications????? or infringement on any Industry Acts/Laws???
