With NH RSA 466 and RSA 467 do either of these two laws allow the fining of loose goats? Problem is my goats got out of the fenced in yard and were eating acorns on the side of the road and the police issued a Sitation due to RSA 467 (Sheep,Wild Boar, and Stalion on the loose) and Fined $100 with a 96 hour deadline under RSA 466. any help?
