We are in the process of buying a new home next to an elementary school that has a little leage baseball park. Last week we discovered that adults are playing on that park on sundays and balls are getting right into our backyard. We are due to close on July but we are not sure whether to continue or not. We are concerned about the posibility of injury or damage to our new home. What can we do at this time. We already provided the builder a five percent down payment. This is happenning in Florida.

Ask the builder to install a high fence or have the park do it. Or get free baseballs with your new home.
