What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? california. I have a homebuyer in a new home that they where going to purchase. i connot close escrow because the fdic to over my bank. i have a clause in contract that i can cancel if bank will not sign off on loan. i want to get a rental agreement they have taken two months and said they are not going to sign i cancel escrow so there is know ducuments what notice do they get
