I started a new job and i believe i made a mistake with my salary...

I asked for lower than what I should've. What should I do...

Few things...

I dont like the schedule.. i wanna work like 8 to 4:30.. but i have to work 9:30 to 6...

also they gave me blackberry and i have to be oncall...

please advise

You should either put up with it or find a job with terms more to your liking. The employer is not obligated to let you work the hours you want to work or to raise your salary because you think you asked for too little. Nor is there anything illegal about requiring you to be on call.
