My sister rents a building for her pizza business in PA. The building was just sold to a new owner, however my sister still has 2-1/2 more years on her lease. Does the new owner by law have to honor her lease or will she be asked to vacate?

Unless there is a clause to the contrary in her lease, the new owner inherits her existing terms.
