new law in fla

I've heard there is a new law in fla. before the gov. to be signed that changes the calculation of child support due to amount of time spent with ncp. I have my boys appx 65% of time. Thanks father of two

so what would that mean for someone who never sees their
kid in florida,accept once or twice a year for maybe a week total.i'm in texas.
